The program offers three specializations in terms of elective courses that a student can choose each semester. The specializations are, namely, Wildife Conservation, Industrial Sustainability, and Environmental Regulations.

Wildlife & Conservation: This specialization track offers four courses of four credits each, namely, evolutionary biology, landscape ecology, wildlife research methods, and conservation ecology.

Industrial Sustainability: This track of specialization offers four courses of four credits each, namely, industrial pollution, green energy, industrial sustainability, and localizing SDGs.

Environmental Regulations: The regulations track offers four courses of four credits each, namely, environmental laws & policies, environmental education & awareness, environmental health & safety management, and environmental regulations & ethics.

Students can also select a 'General Track', in which a student can choose any elective from the three tracks across the semesters. The programme also provides a one-year exit option at the end of the first year, with the student receiving a Post-Graduate Diploma in Environmental Science.

The program emphasizes practical hands-on training through multiple field and industrial visits.
