Bio
Dr. Sushrut H. Vinchurkar is an Assistant Professor in the School of Civil Engineering at Dr. Vishwanath Karad MIT World Peace University, Pune. He received his Doctorate in Philosophy with specialization in Water Resources Engineering from Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology, Surat. With an overall experience of 8 years, including 4 years in academics and 4 years in research, Dr. Vinchurkar has published 4 research papers in international journals and presented over 15 articles at various national and international conferences. In his free time, he enjoys writing blogs on case-studies related to the field of Water Resources Engineering.
Dr. Vinchurkar has a strong interest in Fluid Mechanics, Open Channel Flow, Hydrology and Water Resources Engineering, and Design of Hydraulic Structures, which is evident from his academic and research background. His expertise in these areas makes him a valuable asset to the School of Civil Engineering.
