Bio

Dr. Renuka Nifadkar (Deshmukh) holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from North Maharashtra University, a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and HR, and a Doctorate in Banking and Finance, also from North Maharashtra University. With nearly 20 years of teaching experience, Dr. Nifadkar has worked as an Assistant Professor at Sinhgad Institute of Business Administration & Research and Vishwakarma Institute of Management, as well as an Associate Professor at Shri Balaji Institute in Pune. Currently, she serves as an Assistant Professor at Dr. Vishwanath Karad MIT World Peace University's School of Business in Pune.

Dr. Nifadkar has published six books, six patents, and over 130 papers/book chapters in various international journals and conferences in Scopus/WOS/ABDC/Springer/Elsevier. She also serves as an Editor for International ISBN Book Publication titled “Emerging Paradigms in Multidisciplinary Research” by Weser Books, Germany. Dr. Nifadkar is guiding one PhD scholar in Dr. Vishwanath Karad MIT World Peace University and serving as an External PhD Supervisor on Doctorate Committee at other reputed Universities. She has been promoted under the Career Advancement Scheme and received an appreciation letter for her maximum contribution to research and publications.

Dr. Nifadkar serves as a member of the Board of Studies for the preparation and updation of syllabus and conduction of BOS meetings. She has been appointed as the chairman of the flying squad for the Faculty of Engineering and as the External Senior Supervisor for Pune University Examinations. She also serves as an Academic Audit member for the review of documentation, course files, question papers, and checking the quality of question papers. Dr. Nifadkar is the NAAC coordinator and Head-NAAC criteria 2 coordinator. She is also a core member of IQAC and Ranking for the Management Department.

She has reviewed for the journals Sage Open and Societal Impacts (Elsevier) and served as an evaluator for the National Level Event - Toy Hackathon. She has guided and evaluated around 800 MBA Summer Internship projects.
