Bio

Dr. Sumedha Sirsikar is an experienced academician and researcher in the field of Computer Engineering and Technology. She is an Associate Professor at the School of Computer Engineering and Technology at Dr. Vishwanath Karad MIT World Peace University, Pune, Maharashtra India. With over 30 years of teaching and 15 years of research experience, her research interests include Self-organized Wireless Sensor Networks, Computer Networks, Information and Network Security, Wireless Sensor Networks, and the Internet of Things. She has published over 55 papers in reputed international conferences and journals and has authored a book on Network Security and Fundamentals. She has also received three Australian patents and one Indian patent.
